Please note that we don’t support any software issues related to your email client. If you are experiencing issues that are related to your email client, you will need to contact the email client's vendor.

Basic Email Client Configuration
- Open Eudora, click on the Tools tab, and click Options.
- Under the Category section make sure the Getting Started tab is selected.
- In the Real name field enter the name you would like people to see when they receive email from you.
- In the Return address field enter in your email address.
- For the Mail server (Incoming) enter "mailbag.com".
- In the Login Name field (sometimes this will be automatically filled in for you) enter in the first part of your email address (the part before the "@").
- Click the OK button to finish the setup.
