Please note that we don’t support any software issues related to your email client. If you are experiencing issues that are related to your email client, you will need to contact the email client's vendor.

Basic Email Client Configuration
- Open Eudora, click on the Special menu option, and click Settings.
- Make sure that the "Getting Started" category is selected.
- In the Username field enter in the first part of your email address (the part before the "@" symbol).
- In the Mail Server field enter mailbag.com.
- In the Real Name field enter in the name that you would like people to see when they receive mail from you.
- In the SMTP Server field enter mailbag.com.
- Click the OK button to finish.
