Please note that we don’t support any software issues related to your email client. If you are experiencing issues that are related to your email client, you will need to contact the email client's vendor.

Basic Email Client Configuration

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2003. From the Tools menu, select Email Accounts.

  2. Select "Add a new email account" and then click Next.

  3. Select POP3 and then click Next.
  4. Enter your full name in the Your Name field and your email address in the Email address field below it.

  5. Under the Server Information, enter "mailbag.com" in the Incoming mail server. For outgoing server, please contact your Internet Service provider.

  6. Under Logon Information, type your username, the part of your email address before the "@" symbol. (This may have been inserted automatically for you when you typed your email address in above).

  7. Click Finish to complete the set-up, and click the Send/Receive button to check messages.
