Please note that we don’t support any software issues related to your email client. If you are experiencing issues that are related to your email client, you will need to contact the email client's vendor.

Basic Email Client Configuration
- Open Microsoft Outlook Express. From the Tools menu, select Accounts.
- Click the Add button and select Mail.
- Enter the name you would like people to see when they receive mail from you. Click Next.
- Enter your full email address. Click Next.
- Choose POP3 on the incoming mail server menu. In the fields below, enter mailbag.com in the Incoming mail field. Click Next.
- Enter in your username (the part before the @ in your email address) in the first box. If you would ike Outlook to remember your password, enter it in the Password field and check the "Remember password" box.
- Click on the Finish button to complete the set-up.
