Alternative method of overspeed control to allow full frontal area wind usage with deflector plate lowers operational wind speed. Directional vane may require reinforcement or greater strength.
Whizzyrd Tower power buss / structural posts would have free-wheeling shrouds that decrease drag and also feed wind direction to microchip/ computer controlled sensor that would then control overspeed and directional actuators on turbine.
