Surveys

The following surveys are available. Choose the survey that applies to you and simply click on the name of the survey to complete it. Your submission of the survey will be understood to be your consent to take part in this research. Descriptions of each survey are provided below.

Men and Abortion
If you are a man who is at least 18 years of age and has experienced abortion, please take a few minutes to complete the men's survey. Feel free to add your comments in the space provided at the end of the survey. You may share your personal story in more detail and/or how you have tried to cope with your loss. You may also wish to comment on the actual survey. All participants will remain anonymous and confidentiality will be respected.

Women and Abortion
If you are a woman who is at least 18 years of age and has experienced abortion, please consider completing the women's survey. Feel free to add your comments in the space provided at the end of the survey. You may share your personal story in more detail and/or how you have tried to cope with your loss. You may also wish to comment on the actual survey. All participants will remain anonymous and confidentiality will be respected.

Grandparents and Abortion
If you have experienced the loss of a grandchild due to abortion, please take a few minutes to complete the grandparents' survey. Feel free to add your comments in the space provided at the end of the survey. You may share your personal story in more detail and/or how you have tried to cope with your loss. Medical Workers and Abortion
If you are currently working, or if you have worked in the past, as a physician, nurse, technician, counselor, or clerical person in an abortion facility, please take a few minutes to complete the medical workers' survey. Feel free to add your comments in the space provided at the end of the survey. You may share your personal opinions in more detail and/or how you have tried to cope with any stressors involved in your job. You may also wish to comment on the actual survey.
