Fully Assembled

BWC Loaded Calipers come fully assembled and ready to bolt on. They can be installed in a fraction of the time it takes to disassemble, evaluate, and repair the old unit. Don't settle for the old "brakes in a box" routine.

High Quality Non-Asbestos Brake Pads

BWC supplies only the highest quality non-asbestos brake pads manufactured in our own facilities, providing consistent braking performance with every unit. Calipers are equipped with either our BWC Premium Plus organic brake pads or our popular Silver Supreme semi-metallic brake pads matching OE requirements. There are no substitutions with inferior pads.

Steel Anti-Noise Shims Installed

BWC uses only OE quality steel anti-noise shims. Only steel shims can deliver consistent protection against noise for the life of your pads. Shims made of foil, paper, rubber, and chemical compounds will deteriorate and may be destroyed after only a few thousand miles of brake applications. Avoid costly comebacks and loss of repeat business.

All New Hardware

Heat can damage hardware components and render them ineffective. Refurbished and reused hardware increases the chances of noise and squeal. BWC installs new hardware, pad pins, and anti-rattle clips on every unit to prevent unwanted brake noise.

All New Rubber Components

Some rebuilders like to reuse guide pin boots on floating caliper assemblies, with can look like new after being pressure washed. While they may look like new, you're taking a gamble on whether or not they effectively keep moisture from contaminating the guide pins and sleeves, causing rust and corrosion. These components are critical in providing long pad life and proper braking performance.

On BWC Loaded Calipers, only new guide pin boots are used. Guide pins and sleeves are refurbished or replaced and high heat silicone lubricant is applied to all sliding components. Can you afford to gamble on used rubber components?

There's nothing worse than doing the job and finding a leaking unit. That's why we test each and every unit that comes off our line.

New Bleeder Screws

Units come with new bleeder screws installed, finger tight, and ready to bleed. No hassles trying to remove frozen bleeder screws from old units.
